Carroll Engineering is well known for our municipal engineering services in many local Townships, Boroughs, and Counties throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
Our professional staff provides competent and courteous service to the general public, municipal staff, and public works departments. We offer various engineering services to meet many municipalities’ needs. These services include subdivision and land development planning, zoning, land use planning, ordinance preparation, capital improvement projects, construction administration, and inspections.
Regarding our municipal clientele, we facilitate annual road paving and reconstruction programs, and consult on stormwater compliance, federal accessibility compliance programs, and township maintenance programs. We have procured grants, low-interest loan funding for our clients’ water and wastewater infrastructure needs, and stormwater or MS4 compliance requirements.
We’ve successfully offered fundamental support to municipalities for all capital improvement projects. Many of these projects include cost estimating, quantity take-off calculations, contract and bid document preparation, preparing bids for construction oversight or inspection, and contract administration services.
