The Borough contracted with Carroll Engineering Corporation in early 2023.  We are a small municipality however, we are treated like Carroll’s highest paying client!  Everyone has been very responsive to every question, project, email, etc.   Often, we feel our questions need immediate attention, and they are met with just that.  What we appreciate is that not only does the Engineer answer the question, they provide an explanation for the answer.  CEC provides engineering in a variety of specialties, so they are a one-stop shop.  We use them for grants, traffic issues, water and wastewater, and land development.  The Council and staff are quite pleased with the decision to use Carroll Engineering Corporation for all the Borough’s needs.
