We’re excited to have Brady Flaharty, P.E. come aboard our team of Licensed Professional Engineers! Mr. Flaharty has joined our CEC Management Team as our Municipal Practice Leader. He brings over 27 years of experience in nurturing relationships with Municipal and Authority clients, as well as providing solutions to help their communities to thrive. In the course of his professional career, he worked as a Township Engineer, Borough Engineer, Authority Engineer, as well as a Project Manager for numerous municipalities.

As our CEC Team grows, so does the experience of our engineers. We are excited to announce the licensing of three new Professional Engineers.
The following newly licensed Professional Engineers:
Daniel Clopp, P.E., Project Manager in our Warrington, PA office, has over twenty years of experience in designing and providing construction support services for bridge structures, as well as land development and non-bridge structures. In Pennsylvania, he has been involved in the design of a number of bridges. He has also completed preliminary and final design work on various bridges for PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and for various local counties and municipalities.
Karl Thomann, P.E., Water/ Wastewater Engineer in our Warrington, PA office. Karl has substantial experience in the design and construction of wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, collection & conveyance sanitary sewer mains, water storage facilities and distribution systems. As a member of the Water & Wastewater Services Department, he designs and prepares plans, specifications, permit applications, and technical reports for water and sanitary sewerage projects. He has extensive experience with AutoCAD and aids various project managers with completing project drawing plan sets.
James Zembur, P.E., Civil Design Engineer in our Hillsborough, NJ office, has six years of experience designing site plans, performing stormwater calculations, submitting permit applications to State, County, and Local Planning agencies, among others. He is currently in pursuit of his Master’s degree from Rutgers University.
