Department: Construction Observation & Administration

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections on a variety of municipal projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
• Document construction activity, manage equipment and manpower verification, and oversee contractor performance
• Contribute to the maintenance of project documentation and the creation of “as-built” drawings

Requirements:

• High School Graduate with 2+ years of relevant inspection experience
• NICET certification is a plus; experience in construction trades highly regarded
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
