Licensed Land Surveyor

Role Overview:
As a Licensed Land Surveyor, you’re not just a member of our team; you’re a pivotal leader. Your day-to-day involves overseeing a diverse range of survey projects, mentoring our dedicated field crews, and ensuring the highest quality of survey plans and documents. Your expertise will guide the Survey Department, influencing both the trajectory of our projects and the growth of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plan preparation and production, setting standards for excellence.
- Mentor and train field crews and technicians, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
- Manage and execute a variety of survey projects, including ALTA/ACSM surveys, boundary and topography surveys, as well as utility and roadway projects.
- Maintain rigorous quality control over all survey documents and plans.
- Regular client engagement to ensure project goals are met and exceeded.
- Uphold compliance in all title report reviews.
- Innovate and problem-solve, always ready to tackle challenges with creative solutions.
What We Look For:
- Experience: 5+ years in survey project management, adept in Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Licensing: Must possess a PA PLS license; NJ PLS license preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
- Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments and embraces new challenges.
- Organizational Skills: Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive.
- Teamwork: Values collaboration and has a knack for inspiring team synergy.
