About the Role
Carroll Engineering Corporation is hiring an Entry Level Civil Engineer in Warrington, PA, to join our Planning & Site Design team! This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to gain hands-on experience in site design, stormwater management, grading, erosion control, and land development projects across residential, commercial, and multi-use sectors.
As an Entry Level Civil Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients while developing critical technical and leadership skills.

Requirements
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- PA E.I.T. (Engineer in Training) preferred
Experience and Technical Skills:
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Land Development and site work experience
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Knowledge of stormwater management, grading, erosion & sediment control, and utility design
- Experience with regulatory permitting and zoning approvals
- Stormwater Management, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Utility Design
- Strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Responsibilities
Site Design & Development:
- Assist in the design and preparation of site plans, including grading, erosion control, stormwater management, and utility layouts
- Research and apply state and local design standards to ensure compliance
- Support project engineers in land development project
Collaboration & Compliance:
- Work with contractors, clients, and municipal engineers to execute projects efficiently
- Assist in regulatory permitting and zoning approvals
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for drafting and design work
