Habitat MontDelco Breaks Ground in Delaware County for the First Time in Over a Decade!

Four New Affordable Houses were Built in Lansdowne. Two are Reserved for Veterans through a Partnership with Veteran Affairs.

Carroll Engineering Corporation played a pivotal role in the development of four new affordable homes in Lansdowne, a significant project marking Habitat MontDelco’s first initiative in Delaware County in over a decade. Under the leadership of Tom Wilkes,P.E. Manager of our Malvern office, our team expertly handled land development planning, site design, grading, stormwater management, and securing necessary permits. We also coordinated closely with Borough officials and local residents, ensuring community needs and insights were integral to the project design. Two of these homes are specially reserved for veterans, underscoring our commitment to supporting those who have served our country.

This initiative not only facilitated the creation of safe, sustainable, and accessible living spaces but also significantly contributed to revitalizing the local area.
