Matthew Garber is a Senior Vice President, Corporate Officer and Manager of the Hillsborough Office, and Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Garber has been with Carroll Engineering since 1986. Mr. Garber is responsible for all Information Technology aspects of the company. This includes Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Municipal Management and Geographic Information Systems. With more than 35 years of experience, he is responsible for the corporate development of the Hillsborough Office and makes all decisions regarding operations, contracts, and staffing. Additionally, Matthew Garber is responsible for the oversight and quality control of all engineering and surveying related projects, including client relations. Mr. Garber also manages the day-to-day operations of the Geographic Information Systems Department.  His responsibilities include analysis, design and development of custom mapping and management solutions for local municipalities.  This includes municipal asset infrastructure, permitting, code enforcement, zoning and many other land use related solutions.
