Mr. Ardman is a Vice President, Director of Business Development, and a Member of the Board of Directors. He began at Carroll Engineering in 2005 and has more than 36 years of experience in the consulting engineering field. His responsibilities include bringing new business opportunities into the company, obtaining new municipal and authority clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as acquiring projects within the public and private sector.
