Mr. Ardman is a Vice President, Manager of Business Development Department, and a Member of the Board of Directors. He began at Carroll Engineering in 2005 and has more than 36 years of experience in the consulting engineering field. His responsibilities include bringing new business opportunities into the company, obtaining new municipal and authority clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as acquiring projects within the public and private sector.  He oversees sales and business development efforts with respect to  proposals and qualification packages, that his department creates and submits. Mr. Ardman also and represents the company at various conferences and networking events.
