Mr. Zanolini is a Vice President and Manager of the Survey Department. He has been with Carroll Engineering since 2003. His career at Carroll Engineering Corporation has been marked by exceptional leadership and technical expertise in managing diverse municipal and private land development projects across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Gary’s role is pivotal in integrating surveying practices with civil engineering projects, ensuring the success of large-scale constructions and infrastructure developments.  His role extends beyond management to being proficient in advanced surveying instruments and technologies such as GPS, GIS, and CAD software.  Gary’s leadership is further exemplified in his ability to coordinate complex projects, maintain rigorous quality control, and ensure regulatory compliance. His proactive approach in client interactions and budget management.
