Mr. Mason is the President & Chairman of the Board of Directors. He serves as CEC’s Principal-in-Charge of the firm’s Water/Wastewater engineering, municipal engineering, stormwater management and site design services. He has been with CEC since 1997, and, over his 30+ year career has served as Borough Engineer, Township Engineer and Authority Engineer for a variety of clients. His extensive project management experience encompasses all types of infrastructure and public works projects. In addition to his technical design and client representative duties, he takes a lead role relative to quality control, human resources administration, contract administration as well as the supervision of CEC’s continuing education and safety programs.
