Commonwealth Financing Authority: Sewage Facilities Program (Funding Source: Marcellus Legacy Fund) This program, funded through the Commonwealth Finance Authority, provides for costs associated with the planning work required under Act 537 Sewage Facilities Act. Eligible Applicants: For-Profit Businesses, Municipalities, Councils of Governments, Authorized Organizations, Institutions of Higher Education, and Watershed Organizations. Eligible Use of Funds:
