The Bucks County Association of Township Officials (BCATO) held its 111th Annual Convention February 16th at the Northampton Valley Country Club in Richboro, PA. Township officials gathered at the event to discuss various issues affecting municipalities throughout Bucks County.

Carroll Engineering Corporation was represented at the event by Joel Ardman, Vice President and Manager of our Sales and Marketing Department. Also in attendance were various special guests including County Commissioner Robert Loughery; PSATS Executive Director, David Sanko; and Bucks County District Attorney, Matthew Weintraub.

Commissioner Robert Loughery spoke about various topics that are happening in Bucks County, including various bridge projects that are currently in design or construction and planned bridge projects for 2019.
