Koutsouros, P.E., Planning & Site Design Department Manager has been promoted to the position of Vice President by the Board of Directors. Since 2016, Mr. Koutsouros has put forth hard work and un-wavering dedication in helping to grow his department with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in his respective areas of engineering expertise.
Mr. Koutsouros, a Penn State University Alumni, has over 20 years of experience, with specialization in all aspects of planning and site design engineering. His experience includes representative projects in stormwater management, site planning, subdivisions, grading, erosion and sediment control, NPDES permitting, utility planning, road layout, hydraulic analysis, wetland remediation, technical specifications, and construction administration.
