The 104th annual New Jersey State League of Municipalities (NJLM) Conference was held from November 19th through the 21st at the Atlantic City Convention Center. The Carroll Engineering team was there to network with municipal elected and appointed officials as well as consultants and other professionals.  

The theme for 2019 was “Igniting Local Engagement,” with over 100 educational sessions. Sessions were organized by the league, affiliates, and/or exhibitors. Over 15,000 attendees were able to connect and network with vendors in the exhibit hall as well.This 3 day conference was also filled with various awards and recognition for municipal officials and professionals.
