On November 4th, Carroll Engineering attended the GVF Advancing Mobility Summit. This year it was held at the Crowne Plaza Philadelphia in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
The summit was a half day event, and gave the opportunity for local, state, and elected officials, and private and public sector organizations to network and speak on various transportation topics. Attendees had the chance to learn about best practices, technology, infrastructure, and more.
The morning included a keynote from Congresswoman Chrissy Houlahan, an elected officials panel with PA State Representatives, and a regional updates panel with transportation executives from DVRPC, PennDOT, PA Turnpike Commission, and SEPTA. The lunch keynote was given by Richard Gottlieb, the President & COO of Keystone Property Group.
Carroll Engineering was a major sponsor for this summit. CEC was represented by Jamie Graham P.E., PTOE, Manager of our Traffic and Transportation Engineering Department, and Joel Ardman, Vice President and Manager of our Sales and Marketing Department.
