Carroll Engineering Corporation (CEC) attended the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS) Stormwater Conference on November 15, 2019. The conference, which was centered around “MS4 Great Ideas,” took place at the Desmond Hotel & Conference Center in Malvern, PA.
This one day event aimed to help with current trends and topics within stormwater management. Our engineers participated in presentations on: realistic green infrastructure installation, calculating line-item costs for municipal stormwater budgets, working with private landowners, economic ecology, & more. Our management team attended presentations on policy, improving compliance, joint municipal pollutant reduction plans (PRPs), balancing construction of grey and green infrastructure projects, and preparing for the next MS4 NPDES permit cycle.
It was a great networking and educational day for the Carroll Engineering team. CEC was also a proud sponsor of this conference.
