Mr. Ardman is a Vice President, Manager of the Sales and Marketing Department, and member of the Board of Directors. He began at Carroll Engineering in 2005 and has more than 36 years of experience in the consulting engineering field. His responsibilities include bringing new business opportunities into the company, obtaining new municipal and authority clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as acquiring projects within the public and private sector. Mr. Ardman is also responsible for strategic planning and the overall marketing of the company. He oversees the sales and marketing efforts with respect to preparing and submitting proposals and qualification packages. Mr. Ardman also manages the marketing budget, company advertising, company website, corporate sponsorship events and attendance at various conferences and networking events.
