As Carroll Engineering Corporation continues to grow as one of the largest consulting engineering and surveying firms in Southeast Pennsylvania, we have welcomed the following new employees over the last few months at our corporate headquarters in Warrington, Pennsylvania and our Hillsborough, New Jersey Office.
Planning and Site Design Department –
Yangpei Chen, EIT graduated last year from Penn State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
Matthew Conosciani graduated from Penn State University and has 15 years of experience with the design of commercial and residential developments.
Traffic & Transportation Department –
Dan Bhaumik, EIT graduated from Temple University and has four years of experience in structural design and transportation related projects.
Eric Nino graduated this year from Temple University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
Authority / Municipal Services Department –
Karl Thomann received his B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Delaware. He has two years of experience in environmental facility design and construction.
Mahamane Diallo graduated from Temple University and has experience in the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations and water storage facilities.
Accounting Department –
Jennifer Williams, CPA graduated from Delaware Valley University with a B.S. in Business Administration. She has 14 years of experience in all aspects accounting procedures and policies.
Marketing Department –
Stephanie LaBorde graduated from Kutztown University and has 5 years of experience in graphic design, social media, and websites.
Hillsborough NJ Office –
Errol Melnick, PLS has a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Washington and a B.S. in Surveying from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He has 33 years of experience in all aspects of surveying.
Joshua Cacamese, EIT received his B.S. in Civil Engineering and is continuing his education for his Masters in Civil Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has 4 years of experience, with his most recent experience in civil and site design.
Justin Jurkowski attended Raritan Valley Community College and the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has twelve years of experience in all aspects in the field of surveying.
Robert Smith graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has 11 years of experience as a survey crew chief.
