The Montgomery County Association of Township Officials (MCATO) held its Spring Convention March 1st at Presidential Caterers in East Norriton, PA. Township officials gathered at the event to discuss various issues affecting municipalities throughout Montgomery County. Various presentations included “Bike Montco and Making Your Roads Bicycle and Pedestrian Friendly” given by Matthew Edmonds, Montgomery County Planning Commission, Section Chief; as well as “Construction Projects in Montgomery County, Where Will Those Orange Barrels be in 2019?”, presented by Brian Early, Senior Civil Engineer Manager for PennDOT District 6-0.Carroll Engineering Corporation serves municipalities in Montgomery County and was represented at the event by Joel Ardman, Vice President and Manager of our Sales and Marketing Department and Alberto Vennettilli, P.E., Vice President and Manager of our King of Prussia office.
