Position Type: Full-Time

Production of survey related drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.  These projects include boundary and topography surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, construction stakeout, and utility as-builts projects.

Requirements:

• 3 plus years related Civil/Survey experience
• Experience working with Autodesk Civil 3D
• Experience interfacing with survey field crews
• College degree or technical school in Civil/Survey related field preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Goal oriented and highly organized
• Desire and ability to learn new technologies
• Self-motivated, team player

Responsibilities:

• Involvement in every aspect of plan preparation and production
• Downloading survey field notes and plotting existing conditions
• Creating surfaces
• Various calculations to support field personnel
• Title report review and compliance
• Identifying problems and providing solutions
