CAD Technician (Land Survey)
Office Location: Warrington, PA
Department: CAD/Survey
Position Type: Full-Time
Production of survey related drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. These projects include boundary and topography surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, construction stakeout, and utility as-builts projects.
Requirements:
- 3 plus years related Civil/Survey experience
- Experience working with Autodesk Civil 3D
- Experience interfacing with survey field crews
- College degree or technical school in Civil/Survey related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Goal oriented and highly organized
- Desire and ability to learn new technologies
- Self-motivated, team player
Responsibilities:
- Involvement in every aspect of plan preparation and production
- Downloading survey field notes and plotting existing conditions
- Creating surfaces
- Various calculations to support field personnel
- Title report review and compliance
- Identifying problems and providing solutions
