Carroll’s Featured Surveying Projects
ALTA/ASCM Land Title Survey Aspen Court
Client: Aspen Court Ventures, LLC, Piscataway, NJ
CEC provided an ALTA Survey of a 28-acre parcel followed by construction stakeout services of a 14-building, 412-unit apartment complex. Services included an ALTA survey, title review, boundary calculation and survey, estimating, budget management, and coordination with the client.
North Wales Water Authority Transmission Main – Survey Phase
Client: North Wales Water Authority, North Wales, Montgomery County, PA
CEC provided complete topographical surveying services for this 13-mile long water transmission main construction project through numerous municipalities in Bucks and Montgomery County. Work included aerial photogrammetry, conventional utility survey, and the mapping of property lines and right-of-ways along the entire length of construction. Work also included the preparation of plans and legal descriptions for easements when required.
Client: Duke Farms, Hillsborough, Somerset County, NJ
Duke Farms consists of 3,000 acres spread throughout the center of Somerset County. The property, designated for environmental and ecological uses, has varying stages of freshwater wetlands located within its borders. As the surveyor of record, CEC prepared boundary and topographic surveys for all lands in this sprawling landscape. CEC’s survey work and input were integral parts of the Duke Foundation’s application submission to New Jersey’s Department of Environmental Protection for a Letter of Interpretation, an important first step toward making environmentally sensitive improvements.
